Fantastic opportunity for a junior support engineer or recent graduate to join this dynamic company within the Internet Support arena. You will ideally have some commercial IT * customer service skills and be looking for an opportunity in IT where you will be trained into more technical support. This is a great opportunity for cross -training into ISP technologies such as ADSL, Broadband, connectivity, Linux and so on and they have a great team environment. Although you will initially be responsible for low level support calls, through ongoing training you will take on full responsibility for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting.
